therapeutic electrostatic oscillation

What is Therapeutic Electrostatic Oscillation?

Therapeutic Electrostatic Oscillation (TEO) is a non-invasive treatment method that delivers a range of benefits via electrostatic oscillation.

How does it work?

It works by generating an electrostatic field between the applicator, or the massage therapist’s hands, and the patient’s tissue. This interaction creates a gentle, pulsating kneading effect known as electrostatic oscillation. The treatment penetrates up to 8cm beneath the skin’s surface, helping to relieve pain, reduce swelling (oedema), relax muscles and improve blood circulation.

This device is suitable for a large range of conditions:

  • Lymphoedema
  • Lipoedema
  • Chronic Pain
  • Musculoskeletal strains and sprains
  • Joint Stiffness
  • Fibrosis
  • Cellulite
Since only minimal pressure is required, electrostatic oscillation therapy is suitable for acute pain, soft-tissue injuries, and wound care.
