Bundaberg Massage and Lymphatics is looking for a passionate, motivated and dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing team in Bundaberg.
We are looking for a therapist who is committed to providing excellent, individualised client care and who is passionate about continuing to develop their professional knowledge, skills and treatment techniques.
We offer flexible employment options designed to support a healthy work-life balance, with opportunities available for the right therapist to work full-time, part-time, or as a self-employed therapist operating under their own business name and ABN.
The Therapist We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage – HLT52015 or equivalent recognised qualification
- Is passionate about providing high-quality, individualised client care
- Takes pride in achieving positive outcomes for clients
- Is committed to ongoing personal and professional development
- Enjoys learning and developing new treatment techniques
- Is motivated to continue expanding their clinical knowledge and skills
- Takes an evidence-informed and professional approach to treatment
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reliable, compassionate, respectful and professional
- Is confident working independently while also being a positive member of a team
- Works within their professional scope of practice and refers clients appropriately when required
- Holds appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Holds current First Aid certification

We want our therapists to enjoy their work while also having time for the things that matter outside of the clinic.
Remuneration
For employed therapists, income is approximately 60% of the treatment fee paid by the client for the therapist’s treatment.
The exact employment arrangement and conditions will be discussed with the successful applicant.
Self-Employed Option
If you prefer to operate your own business, we also offer the opportunity to work from our clinic as a self-employed Remedial Massage Therapist.
Under this arrangement, you can:
- Operate under your own business name and ABN
- Manage your own business and clients
- Set your own working days and hours, subject to room availability
- Rent a professional treatment room within our established clinic
- Work alongside other experienced therapists
- Build and grow your own client base
Room-rental arrangements can be discussed with the successful applicant.
