All new clients will be required to make a payment within the 24 hours from when they scheduled their appointment.
This will be a non-refundable payment but can be transferred to another appointment so long as the transferal has happened before our 24-hour cancellation policy.
For people who use HICAPS, they can either:
Come into the office to schedule and pay the fee in person, or
Online bookings can have an invoice sent after the booking has been made
After their appointment is complete, they will receive a printed copy of their invoice to claim back.
For people who use cash, they can:
Come into the office to schedule and pay the fee in person.
If no payment is made within the 24 hours of scheduling, they will forfeit their appointment.
